Update 3: 'Pedring' maintains strength; floods continue to affect several areas in Luzon

Philippines - Typhoon Pedring has continued to gain strength aftr crossing Morthern Luzon and is now over West Philippine sea according to PAGASA issued at 5PM today. It still has a maximum sustained winds of 120 kph near the center and Gustiness of up to 150 kph.


These are the areas with Public Signal storm is still implemented.


Meanwhile, the result of Pedring's landfall has destroyed most of the places in Luzon area. Although it may have been slowed down in the past few hours, floods are continue to hit several areas in Luzon.
