Another candidate of a likely becoming to be a tropical depression will soon enter Philippine Area of Responsibility on Wednesday according to PAGASA forecaster, Sonny Pajarilla.
The latest forecast today at 2:00 p.m. is a low pressure area estimated at 520 km East Northeast of Southern Luzon which will affect Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Does this pose a threat similar to the previous typhoons?
Unlike the previous typhoons, Pedring and Quiel, the soon to be typhoon which will be locally named as "Ramon" is not as strong as the earlier mentioned typhoons.
In its 5pm bulletin, areas in Visayas and Mindanao will be mostly cloudy as well as the areas in Central and Western Luzon. There will also be scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
