Newly Crowned Miss Universe 2011 faces controversy

Just few weeks after bringing home the crown of being the Miss Universe 2011, Miss Angola Leila lopes is now facing a controversy regarding falsification of documents. According to Yahoo.com.ph source, Lopes used false documents to join and win a qualifying competition held in England.

A report was published on Thursday from an Aregentinian newspaper Infobae saying that Leila Lopes was unfairly allowed to become a participant in a Miss Angola competition for Angolan Citizen s living in the UK even though she has never lived outside of Angola. She has been reported to falsify documents such as faking identifying documents as a student of Business Management at a British School in England.
