The National Career Assessment Test(NCAE), which is given to junior and senoir high school students, has been moved to another test date due to typhoon Pedring according to the recent announcement of the Department of Education(DepEd).
DepEd Undersecretary for Legal and Legislative Affairs Alberto Muyot said that instead of September 28, it has now moved to September 30 due to "operational and administrative limitations" in Luzon area. All other areas are required to continue operations as stated on the DepEd Memorandum No. 153, s. 2011 and in the enclosure of DepEd Order No. 28, s. 2011.
The scheduled areas on September 30 are: Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), National Capital Region (NCR) and regions 1, 2, 3, 4A, 4B and 5.
