Cagayan and Isabela area now under Signal No. 3 as storm Quiel heightens

At 4 PM today, Aldczar Aurelio, PAGASA weather forecaster reported that two areas in Northern Luzon are under Storm Signal Number 3.

These are Isabela and Cagayan Area.

Won't pass around NCR area...

Other area under Signal Storm number 2 and 3 are as follows:

- Northern Aurora

- Quirino

- Ifugao

- Mountain Province

- Kalinga

- Apayao

- Calayan Islands

- Babuyan Islands

Under Storm Signal No. 1:

- rest of Aurora

- Nueva Vizcaya

- Pangasinan

- Benguet

- La Union

- Ilocos Norte

- Ilocos Sur

- Abra

Although Quiel is bringing the strongest wind speed, Aldczar however noted that it won't pass around NCR area. For more information, click here.
