After Pedring,Tropical Depression Quiel in queue

Philippine weather bureau PAGASA said that after typhoon Pedring exits on Wednesday, September 27, another typhoon is waiting in line and is expected to enter Philippine area of responsibility this weekend.

New Typhoon in the making...
Weather forecaster Connie Dadivas said that if the numerical models won't change and until it forms into a typhoon, it will be named "QUIEL".

In addition, according to PAGASA chief Graciano Yumul, the expected typhoon will likely hit areas on the province of Samar early next week.
